Kirsty brings 30 years experience supporting businesses at each stage of their lifecycle, from start-up to large corporates, including starting, growing, buying and selling businesses.
Kirsty Parker began her career as a board-sponsored manager at Marks and Spencer, developing new marketing strategies and supply chain improvements.
After a stint as the top-performing salesperson at Gillette, Kirsty moved on to work for Coca-Cola in sales and marketing leadership roles, where she managed some of the most successful sales teams.
After a regional director role at Boots, Kirsty completed an international MBA which included consulting for various well-known global businesses across insurance, production, online and distribution in the US, China, South Africa and Australia.
After working with numerous businesses across various industries, Kirsty developed an unyielding talent to spot the necessary improvements. With an outcome-focused approach, she ensures the end goal is agreed upon in advance and always delivered.
Kirsty demonstrates strength in both work and leisure pursuits and is a keen sailor, and has competed in yacht races around the world.
